Manufacturer Warranty

All NIIMBOT printers are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse of the product.

How to Request a Repair

To request a warranty repair, please contact us at support@niimbot.ph.

Ensure you include your order number and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos of the fault are highly recommended to speed up the process).

Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Philippine consumer law.
