Shipping Policy
We offer Free Shipping on ALL orders across the Philippines. There is no minimum order value required.
Orders are dispatched via J&T Express or Flash Express.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days.
Delivery times are estimates. Delivery updates will be provided where tracking is available.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before completing the order.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchased online and change your mind, you must notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Return Charges
A minimum processing fee of ₱100, up to the actual shipping cost incurred, will be deducted from your refund when the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection.
This charge covers the local return shipping service and processing of the return.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Please contact us before returning a product that you believe is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs or a short video where possible.
If the return is confirmed as a product fault or delivery error, there will be no return charge. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
How to Return an Order

2. Prepare Product
Pack the product securely with all accessories and original packaging.
3. Ship the Item
Send the item back using a traceable shipping method and retain your tracking details.
4. Receive Refund
We will inspect the return and process any approved refund to the original payment method.
